The Kata Rocks apartment development is immediately next door and the villa will have it’s own private access to this prestigious development with the owner and their guests being able to use the resort facilities of lap pool, gym, spa, restaurant/bar etc.
The villa has parking at it’s rear in the common area car park and is then accessed via a 40m pathway through the estate gardens.
Ownership is by long term renewable lease of the land and direct freehold of the villa. Currently the lease is in the name of a BVI company but can be made into a private name.
